The Advanced Sales Management Module or ASMM is the window into your MAPSTM System. All the mystery of the sales and marketing
process is removed by being able to see exactly where everyone stands compared to
their goals.
MarTechSM developed a reporting function for an on-demand
snapshot of exactly what is going on with any or all of your producers. Real-time
data of your current marketing efforts! We've provided management the option of
examining at-a-glace, pipeline activity for a single producer or the entire agency.
You can examine stats on each producer's closed business, including the carrier
of placement, the number of appointments made, proposals given and even close ratio.

Producer Goal Setting
MarTechSM created
a self-contained spreadsheet feature within the Advanced Sales Management Module
(ASMM). In the past, agency and producer goal-setting activities were done on paper
or through various spreadsheet programs like Excel or Lotus. With the ASMM, you
no longer need additional software to complete this important task.
Since the goal setting is done within the ASMM, MAPSTM stores the producer's goals
and constantly compares them against current and historical sales activity. This
information grants a sales manager the power to access actual producer results at
the push of a button. It also makes it easy for the producer to monitor progress
toward his or her own sales goals. Goals and/or percentages can easily be adjusted
throughout the year to more accurately reflect future performance. With each passing
week, sales managers will better evaluate a producer's performance and easily identify
problem areas. As these areas are better identified, specific training needs for
producers can be addressed.
ASMM Snapshot Reports
The MAPSTM
Systems maintain the relationship with a prospect for five years. So if a
prospect is not qualified this year or says "no" MAPSTM
stays in contact and builds upon the relationship already established with the goal
of moving the prospect up to a higher qualification level. The ASMM snapshot report
will identify the number of prospects being marketed to in any given year of communication.
Bear in mind - the longer a prospect receives friendly communications, the greater
the potential of your producer being called in mid-term to handle the problem and
take over the business!
With an ASMM Snapshot Report, a manager can examine at-a-glance all of a producer's
pipeline activity. Once trained in reading the report, the manager can easily spot
areas in need of improvement. For example, does the producer need sales training?
Does the producer have a sufficient number of suspects and prospects flowing through
the system? Is the producer making their x dating and appointment calls? Is the
producer hitting their appointment ratio in order to close the number of sales needed
to accomplish the agreed upon goals? By centralizing all prospecting activity data
through MAPSTM every aspect of the marketing process
can be easily analyzed to make the necessary course corrections throughout the program.
Producer Expiration Reports
Not only can the producer view all stages of marketing result, they also have the
opportunity to project potential sales by viewing an Expiration Report. This report
provides a breakdown of prospect's renewal dates flowing through their pipeline
by month.
