All Client Relationship Management (CRM) or Contact Manager software programs have
the capacity to store contact information. Still, they also require a salesperson
to do all their updates and entry. This is tedious, time-consuming and quite frankly,
not what salespeople started into sales to do. Plus, if not updated regularly, the
leads and information pile up causing a good bit of frustration.
The most traditional marketing method used by many agencies to increase business
is the 'Same Ole' approach - buy or create a prospect list, mail a letter to each

no results and the sales manager tells the producers to work harder and put in more
hours, but nothing changes and everyone's frustration continues.
Another traditional approach to increasing business is hiring a telemarketing firm
to gather information and set appointments. Telemarketing usually generates better
