Deborah T. Miller, President

Deborah Miller is a founder and the CEO of MarTechSM, with over 30 years of experience in sales, marketing and management at both the agency and company level.

Before her debut as a company and product founder, Deborah sharpened her skills as a Sales Consultant for State Auto Insurance Companies in Columbus, Ohio by developing cutting-edge sales and marketing programs, training agency-owners in the areas of increased producer sales development and lead agencies to affect successful marketing plans. Previous to this, she managed the leading direct-writer insurance agency in the country - State Farm's Cosmo C. Conte Insurance Agency. Deborah managed both the San Diego and Cleveland Offices with full decision-making authority and was a licensed producer. Deborah is most noted for her role in establishing a fully automated sales center in the San Diego location.

Ms. Miller has been in nationwide demand, having spoken at many industry events and seminars, including the IMMS Annual International Convention and various state and national PIA and IIAA conventions. Deborah is known for her expertise in the areas of:

Deborah's education includes a degree from Cuyahoga Community College in Cleveland, Ohio; completion of both The Dale Carnegie Human Relations and Dale Carnegie Sales Courses; The CIC Dynamics of Selling Course; IBM computer training, and seminar training on management, leadership and time management. Deborah has practiced and perfected her skills within the industry for a span of 33 years.

She has produced multiple training videos and audio tapes and has also written several articles on sales and marketing related topics. Deborah has been published in Rough Notes, IMMS Client Service Representative, The American Agent and Broker, IMMS Weekly Marketeer, The CSR Advisor and State Auto Insurance Company's publication.

Jason Haugh, Director of Corp Communications & Director of TeleProspecting

Jason Haugh has dual roles within the company as both Director of Corporate Communications and Director of TeleProspecting. With over a decade of experience in the corporate communications field, he previously held positions with Columbus-area HR consulting company Personnel Profiles as Vice President of Business Development and with international financial juggernaut Citigroup as one of the youngest Division Managers within its insurance-marketing area of Travelers/Primerica.

Jason has extensive experience in the insurance, financial and securities industries as well as the areas of leadership training, human resources, marketing and public relations. He has published numerous manuals and articles and has been a much sought-after speaker, and has even been published numerous times on The Wall Street Journal Online. Jason graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor's in Journalism and has been a licensed agent in Life, Health and Commercial Lines insurance as well as Annuities and Variable Annuities. Jason also held his Mortgage Broker license as well as having his Series 6 and 63.

Joining MarTechSM in 2002 to create from scratch the TeleProspecting Division, Jason also works in all areas of the company from communications to product development to technical support.

Jason is a Columbus, Ohio native and currently resides in Hilliard with his wife and three boys. He is an ordained minister and helps lead a men's group and home Bible-study group.
