Designing Your Sales Culture

Because you hire us to coach you through new territory, your agency's MAPSTM consultant will supervise the entire MAPSTM implementation process. This process divides into two phases with each Phase having specific tasks necessary for the overall success of your system.

Phase One is for coaching and molding the sales philosophy of management and producers while Phase Two implements the AutoPilot software and the trains your software administrator, known as the MAPSTM Coordinator. This process must be completed on a timely basis and as recommended. Below is a brief overview of each Phase and an estimate of completion time.

Phase One:
Creating a Solid Foundation & Maximizing Talent

A MarTech agency consultant will coach management and producers in:

Identifying the best markets and carriers so apps are approved faster and moreoften;

Determining through goal-setting the number of suspects and prospects needed so each producer earns their income goal;

Evaluating current prospects to improve the quality of the pipeline;

Pinpointing new suspects by SIC code to load into MAPS to begin generating warm prospects;

Assigning key MAPS players: MAPS Manager, MAPS Coordinator

Deciding the best method of handling x-dating and appointment calls so marketing efforts are consistent and disciplined;

Participating in coaching and training exercises to revamp traditional sales thinking.

Managers' Time Allotment: Ranges from ten to fifteen (10 -15) management hours depending upon the agency's identification of carrier target markets.

Producers' time allotment: Five to six (5 to 6) hours each depending upon the accuracy of their current x-date information.

Phase Two:
Launching Your Marketing Program

A MarTechSM technical consultant will lead your MAPSTM Coordinator through extensive AutoPilot software training and other tasks related to importing prospects and launching the program.

MAPSTM Coordinator time allotment: Five to seven (5-7) working days depending upon training ease and lead preparation. If the agency has most or all leads in an electronic format, time allocation may be reduced.
