One of the most important differences between TeleProspecting and telemarketing
is the way services are billed. Traditional telemarketing involves specific contracts,
contractual fees, monthly maintenance fees, hourly or per-call fees, early termination
fees and even up-front investments. There is an awful lot of investment for very
little return and when you're trying to reign in the agency expenses, this can be
a very overwhelming cost.
TeleProspecting is billed based upon results and there are no contractual fees.
We bill only for the results obtained, not for however many calls or hours it took
to get said results. If it took us 2 hours and 218 calls to obtain 20 expiration
dates for you, then all you pay for is 20 expiration dates. If it takes us 40 calls
to schedule an appointment with a prospect, then all you pay for is the appointment
- not the calls. This is a much more cost-effective way for your agency to outsource
its phone-calling needs.
Our agreements are open-ended so our clients may start and stop service any time
they wish. If you have a new producer who needs a number of expiration dates under
his belt to get started, we can do a month's worth of work to get him launched.
If you have a veteran who is doing so well she doesn't have time to call for appointments,
we can do her calls for her until she's caught up again.
The interaction between TeleProspecting and your MAPSTM
System will be seamless. No longer will your MAPSTM
Coordinator need to interpret results coming back from telemarketers or producers.
All Call Reports are sent in a timely fashion, completed the way they should be
with the appropriate strategies checked. Any expiration date information is sent
on a weekly basis in a spreadsheet format, color-coded for easy reference.
